In order to view the tutorial and the tips for the Spectrum Reference Library, you'll need to download the following:
- James, Summit's Microsoft Agent
- Microsoft Agent Core Components
- The text-to-speech engine
These files are all located within the Library, and can be installed with a few minutes.
