Technology, Inc., also known as INTECH,
was founded in 1991 with one main
objective - Service.
Tim Erwin, President and one of the
founders, felt that small to mid-size
Credit Union's needed to be able to offer
their members the same, if not better
products that the larger Credit Unions
offer. Prior to INTECH, a credit union
had two choices; a labor intensive
in-house system that may not be able to
offer the services needed to stay
competitive, or a national on-line system
that offered a variety of products, but
didn't necessarily have that close,
personal service and most likely was cost
prohibitive. Thus, INTECH was created. By
providing one of the nations top software
platforms, Summit's Spectrum 3000, our
clients are able to offer products that
were previously unavailable or
unaffordable. Because the system is
flexible, we are able to set it up
exactly how each client wants it to meet their
needs. With the system being on-line, our
clients are able to go home at the end of
each day knowing that their job postings
will be done correctly and on time - yes,
even at year end!
All this is done while still
providing the close personal support at a
price that helps Credit Unions meet their
objective of keeping costs low.
