Fall Client Conference held October 22, 2004 |

| The Fall Client Meeting was held on Friday, October 22, 2004 at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Omaha. Thirty people attended, representing twenty two credit unions. Dave Walling Senior Account Exectutive of Summit started the day with an overview of the Summit Client Conference held in May. Presentations were made on Front Office Tips and Techniques and Member Relationship Management. Julie Beard, Director of Sales and Client Services, and Aubrey Styles, Client Services Specialist, of World Technologies visited with the clients regarding statement processing, insert specifications and insert authorization forms. Some discussion was held regarding the new statement format and USPS CASS certification. Julie also announced that Lisa Lehan will be the point of contact at World Technologies for all credit unions. Jim Vanderholm, President of Paradigm Solutions demonstrated the C.U. Enterprising Suite - Member Relationship Management Product. Tim Erwin provided the clients with an update on INTECH's operational plan and furture direction. |

| Aliant Credit Union and Labor Department Credit Union were both presented their 10-Year Plaques. The meeting was adjourned and resumed at the INTECH offices for an Open House and Vender Exhibitor Showcase. Vendor Exhibitor Showcase consisted of the following: |
